About

I am a seasoned Capital Markets professional specializing in debt and equity placement for hospitality assets nationwide. I provide strategic financing guidance to hotel investors by leveraging deep relationships across a broad spectrum of capital sources, including banks, credit unions, and private debt and equity funds. To date, I have facilitated more than $250 million in debt placements across the United States. In addition to structuring and executing financing solutions, I lead new business development efforts for my team, actively sourcing opportunities, cultivating long term client relationships, and positioning investors for successful outcomes in dynamic capital markets. I am recognized as a leader in hospitality finance, with insights and transactions featured in industry publications including Hotel Business, Hospitality Investor, CoStar, and Hotel Management. In my prior experience, I worked at a global economic consulting firm specializing in economic damages and mergers and acquisitions advisory, where I developed a strong analytical foundation that continues to inform my underwriting, structuring, and deal execution approach. Technical skills include CRE underwriting, Excel, R, SQL and Market Research.
