Responsible for maintaining, document and record control system for QHSE management systems and prepare incident statistical reporting (internal & external) - Monitoring of internal audit plan that includes carrying out audits according to the schedule and reporting non-conformities - Maintain and record corrective action implementation as well as evaluation for QHSE Management systems - Investigation of accidents/incidents, determine root causes, contributing factor and recommendations to prevent future occurrence and follow up on implementation of recommendations and its effectiveness - Assists to implement and maintain relevant certification and provide required information for monthly reports - Ensure availability of appropriate location emergency/incident/accident/near miss response and reporting systems - Maintain and record customer satisfaction survey and involved action. - Perform daily or as required random observations in all areas of operation to assure process compliance - Maintain all quality related records and updates in the QHSE Management systems - Performs other related duties as assigned by line manager

• Conducting Safety induction for all who entering to site. • Conducts toolbox meetings • Reviewing and approves all subcontractors safety plans. • HSE internal meetings to project staffs. • Promotes safe practices at the job site. • Verifying that injury logs and reports are completed and submitted to related government agencies. • Conducting investigations of all accidents and near-misses. • Watch out for the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situations. • Receiving reports from and responds to orders issued by Department of Labor inspectors. • Inspection of Power tools, lifting equipment’s, full body harness. • Plant inspection. • Maintain monthly records. Inspection of mobile crane.
• Ensuring compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice and relevant standards. • Investigate accidents and dangerous occurrences. • Serving as the first responder to and investigator of safety incidents and mishaps. • Maintaining proper records. • Ensuring that equipment is INSTALLED correctly and safely. • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing regulatory and compliance data and trends. • Making regular site inspections. • Producing concise reports for MANAGERS on Health and Safety matters. • Advising MANAGERS, colleagues of safe working practices. • Conducting TRAINING COURSES. • Carrying out safety inspections. • Performing root cause analysis for incident/accident investigations. • Producing risk assessments. • Recording and investigating and accidents or incidents. • Keeping up to date with all new legislation & development in H&S and advising the BUSINESS of any changes. • Carrying out site safety inductions. Identifying staff training requirements. • Maintaining an audit trail of all H&S documents. • Assisting in the documentation of contractual agreements with third party organizations. • Ensuring COSHH compliance is maintained.
