Ensures that all validated processes, systems, equipment and facilities are decommissioned in accordance with the Validation Life Cycle Models.
I am responsible for the day to day running of the company’s quality control lab as well as carrying out trials and experiments in support of current and potential customers. Additionally I maintain our company’s safety and training programs in compliance with OSHA regulations, network and computer systems, and carry out special projects as needed.
Acting as part of a team I took part in quality assessment of numerous color masterbatches, single pigment dispersions and color concentrates for the polymer industry. In an expanded role I matched custom color samples for extant and potential customers in support of the sales team.
I was charged with conducting trials and experiments to support new chemical product research and development for the textile industry. In addition, I regularly handled product quality control assessment, approval and, when necessary, corrections.
