I help aviation organisations solve complex operational, regulatory, and safety challenges with practical, results-driven solutions. As the founder of Aerospace & Aviation Consulting Services Limited, I work with airlines, airports, investors, insurers, and regulators to strengthen performance, enhance compliance, and reduce operational risk across the aviation ecosystem. With extensive hands-on flight operations experience and deep regulatory knowledge, I bring real-world aviation credibility to every engagement. My consultancy supports clients in: • Aviation security strategy and regulatory compliance • Air cargo and freight operational development • Flight operations oversight and optimisation • Accident investigation support and safety management systems • Airport development, ATM strategy, and airspace design • Due diligence and risk assessment for investors and insurers I understand that aviation operates in a high-stakes, highly regulated environment where decisions must balance safety, cost, compliance, and commercial viability. My approach is pragmatic, discreet, and tailored — focused on delivering measurable outcomes rather than theoretical advice. Whether supporting a start-up operation, advising on regulatory challenges, or strengthening safety frameworks, my priority is clear: protect the integrity of operations while enabling sustainable growth. If your organisation requires experienced aviation leadership and independent strategic insight, I welcome a confidential discussion.
I am honoured to serve as Chair of the Trustees at the South Wales Aviation Museum, a registered charity dedicated to preserving the rich aviation heritage of South Wales and inspiring future generations of aviators, engineers, and aviation enthusiasts. In this role, I support the museum’s strategic direction, governance, and long‑term sustainability alongside a fantastic team of volunteers who bring our vision to life every week. Together we oversee the stewardship of the museum’s collection, promote educational outreach, encourage community engagement, and ensure that visitors of all ages can enjoy immersive, hands‑on experiences with historic aircraft and exhibits.
