I currently work for the California High-Speed Rail Authority as a Grants Analyst, submitting invoice packages for reimbursement. I recently graduated from Seattle University with a B.S in Computer Science and a Minor in Mathematics, earning Cum Laude Honors, while also competing on the Cross Country and Track&Field Team for four years. I have taken courses and have hand on experience working on personal projects in many languages including C++, C#, Python, and typescript. As well as taking electives on concepts like Data Structures, Databases, Object-Oriented Programming, and Machine Learning.
Arrive early to the service to handle setup of audio and visual aspects of a church service including microphones, MS PowerPoint, and streaming the service live. Team lead during the service to ensure the service runs smoothly. Troubleshoot any audio or software issues that come up during the service. Operate both MS PowerPoint and Switcher Software during the service to stream the service live to Youtube. In charge of cleaning up all equipment post service. Create MS PowerPoints weekly for Sunday services. Use MS Outlook email to communicate with the Pastor and Office Manager regarding the PowerPoint for service. Assist with any technical issues that come up with businesses that the church contracts with.
Responded to internal team members and clients using MS Outlook, ensuring clear and timely communication. Created and updated procedure documents using MS Word, maintaining accuracy and improving operational efficiency. Made PivotCharts with MS Excel to analyze financial data, transforming large data samples from datasets into summaries for management to review at a higher level. Troubleshot software issues, providing quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime. Scanned and E-filed tax documents from clients and any other important tax documents, ensuring secure and organized digital records. Verified documents using Sureprep software and imported data into our tax software Lacerte, ensuring accuracy for tax returns. Prepared and sent out paper returns for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Handled invoices in Quickbooks, both sending and receiving, and used information from invoices to create data summaries for customers.
Implemented CRM Software (DonorPerfect) to include hundreds of Breakthroughs donors, students, and alumni. Attended meetings and demonstrated DonorPerfect for Breakthrough executives and DonorPerfect representatives Modified MS Excel documents to correctly upload the right data/fields into DonorPerfect Uploaded 50+ Excel documents into DonorPerfect with donor, student, and alumni information. Updated and managed Breakthrough's website hosted on SquareSpace. Created events, new webpages, and galleries for their website. Utilized Canva to create Instagram stories and posts to promote their upcoming event. Assisted with setup, execution, and set-down of audio/video components at their annual event. Used MS Outlook to correspond with co-workers to show progress on projects. Completed projects with weekly deadlines, and delivered them on time the following week.
Handled check-in of kids, making sure parents filled out and submitted all the correct paperwork. Supervised the front of the camp, making sure no kids left the field. Stepped in for other coaches to lead their groups, when there was another administrator at the front. Was in charge of checking kids out so they were only left with a parent/guardian, and answered any questions the parents had about the camp in general. In the second half of the camp, I spent in charge of a separate field, a few blocks away from the main one, leading it and making sure it ran smoothly. Responsible for clean up of that field each day making sure balls, cones, and tents were put away. Gathered supplies like shirts or soccer balls from storage nearby. Used MS Outlook to view and send emails to other coaches and my supervisor. Communicated with the athletic trainer if a kid was hurt while playing. Organized and ordered lunches for all coaches/staff.
