Worked under the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure project scope completeness, as well as customer satisfaction. Submitted RFI's, reviewed drawings, created and handled punch list for project closeouts, and communicated with sub contractors.
In my role as a Project Manager at Covelli Construction, I led small teams in completing residential and light commercial construction projects. I managed project schedules, estimates, and oversaw projects up to $500,000 in value. By effectively leading my crew through all phases of construction, I ensured high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.
Communicated with subcontractors and worked along side Senior Estimators and Project managers, Superintendents, and Engineers. I also performed takeoffs, helped with scheduling, checked over drawings, handled RFI's and submittals, and calculated labor costs.
