Experienced Project and Construction Manager on large scale complex projects up to $200 Million including aviation, dams, commercial and residential buildings, parking structures, water treatment plants and systems, and utilities. Clients include the Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA), Pittsburgh Water (PGH2O) and Duquesne Light Company (DLC). Skillset extends across the entire project lifecycle, from inception and Pre-construction, through bidding, hands on construction management and close out. With a multifaceted skillet encompassing design coordination, constructibility reviews, accurate cost estimating, and risk and change management.
