I have over 35 years technical experience in Consulting Engineering working as a Civil/Structural Designer / BIM Technician. I am an enthusiastic, hard working and extremely competent and proud individual with a broad range of technical construction expertise. My experience varies from small to large scale projects, from Pharma, Educational, Hospitals, Semi-Conductor plants to large scale residential and commercial developments, new build to refurbishment and from green field sites to inner city sites in all aspects of Civil and Structural design. I work with various software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, Navisworks, Revizto to produce BIM models on a variety of projects. I work extremely well within multi-discipline offices and Consultancies. My role involves dealing directly with clients, liaising with Architects, developers and Construction management teams, working as BIM lead in order to deliver projects on time and within budget. I have lead teams on large scale projects to produce 3D models and in the production of drawing deliverables, working as BIM task team Information Manager and co-ordinating with Project team.

Employed as Lead Structural BIM designer on various major projects from Residential, commercial and industrial developments on green and brown field sites. My role involved producing 3D models, 2D drawings and co-ordinating projects within the office design team. Also, dealing directly with the clients, project design teams and developers to bring projects to a successful conclusion.
Employed as Senior Structural / Civil Designer using BIM, Revit 3D modelling , AutoCAD 3D & 2D, Navisworks and coordinating with multi-discipline teams on various major developments such as: - The award winning Base build development and Tool install project for a large Semi Conductor plant, Co. Kildare. - Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), Large scale Biologics Manufacturing Facility at Cruiserath, Ireland for Concept to Detailed design - Pfizer, Large scale Biologics Manufacturing Facility at Grangecastle, Ireland for Concept to detailed design.
