Mii Proposals for new admixture plants in USA. Project Manager for migration from Unix/Oracle to MS windows/MS-Sql for Sika Polyuthane manufacturing distributed LES system with associated MES and Mii systems.
Initially contracted in 2008 as Logistics Solutions Architect, I engineered the completion of Sika's global logistics SAP template, filling gaps that had previously been blocking the processes definitions. I was then subsequently employed as Head of Logistics , responsible for both the implementation of the template and the support leading a team of internal and external consultants. This involved building up the internal team and managing local, near-shore and off-shore external resources. The template was then rolled initially to the USA and Austria, this involved a large number of production plants and full WM warehouses with complex processes, including handling units, Shipments/transportation and dangerous goods.
