Over 40 years’ commercial property experience as a Chartered Surveyor in the areas of transactional advice, development consultancy, asset strategy, delivery vehicles, team and project management. I have worked across the UK with clients largely been drawn from the public sector including Local Government, Education. Defence and Health. I have reduced my contracted working time to three days per week but I want to retain an active and meaningful role in the world of real estate as my day-to-day roles reduce. As well as personal fulfilment I regard this as an opportunity to payback the profession in return for the satisfaction and rewards it has offered me over forty years
