Key Responsibilities include: • Establishing Equipment Criticality and apply appropriate maintenance strategies to equipment / systems • Working with Engineers, Technicians and other functions to develop an effective Maintenance program to ensure designated site equipment operates safe and reliable. • Leading FMEA exercises with support from other functions. Investigate equipment failures to find root cause and implement effective Corrective and Preventative Actions. • Supporting Reliability Excellence Initiatives by participating in local and corporate programs. Pursue and use new technologies and methodologies to improve overall effectiveness of maintenance programs. • Identify, Set-up and Procurement of critical spare parts for the all systems on site
