Responsible for all aspects of the business which included operations, HR, delivery, customer relations, finances etc. I enjoyed being involved in architecting solutions for customers. I did not enjoy the constant interruptions by the operational side of what I had to do. Yet, learned a lot and helped pull the company through some tough times.
I worked as a Payroll, OM and Leave Consultant. I enjoyed working in the corporate world with huge banks, insurance companies etc. Getting payroll to run right for thousands of employees was a big responsibility, but also providing a lot of satisfaction. Apart from troubleshooting I also implemented new systems at corporate clients handling the whole development life cycle ASAP methodology.
