A nice player, with some 50+ colleagues and turnover of ~€10M. As Managing Director and member of Entero AG Executive Leadership team reporting to the company’s Founder. Responsible for the leadership and operational management for the Salesforce Business Unit Staffing & Recruiting. Achievements: - Delivered on the inherited business targets for the Practice, book of business tracked to €1+M - Grew and developed clients. Closed critical and substantial engagements (last win €500+K) - Realigned Business Unit setup with “Entero 2023-2025 strategy” - Split of team, approx. 15 FTE, to form two distinct Go-to-Market and Delivery streams - Established formal Partnerships with incumbent and new ISV Partners. With some 150+ global colleagues, and a pool of 30.000 interim managers, the turnover is approx. €100M. As Partner and part of the DACH Partner team, reporting to the Head of DACH. Responsible for the organizational & business development focused on European clients. Achievements: - Built a substantial new and expanded network of executive and senior management relationships across multiple industries and all functions - Delivered business breakthrough different for our clients in several industries (Manufacturing, Financial Services, Logistics, Engineering, etc.) across the whole value chain for Board level engagements from Sales through Operations & Production to Finance - Successful digital transformation in EIM’s largest countries Germany, Italy and France, followed by a further roll-out. Double digit efficiency gains. Virtusa is a global top 15 technology services provider. In the time from 2013 to 2019 Virtusa grew rapidly and substantially, also in continental Europe. At the time, globally from 6.000 to over 50.000 colleagues with a turnover of $1B. As Senior Director and member of the DACH Executive Leadership team, reporting to the Managing Director for DACH. Responsible for the leadership and operational management for Virtusa in continental Europe in two distinct roles: Head of Business Line – digital innovation, transformation & intelligent automation, and Head of Business Line – Healthcare/Insurance/Life Sciences. Achievements: - Significant contribution of top line revenue growth for DACH region: overall DACH revenue grew from €10M to ca. €20M. Msg Global Solutions is part of the Msg Systems group of companies. Msg Global Solutions is a German based SAP Financial Services focused System Implementation & Integration firm. Msg Global Solutions operates in all other markets than DACH. In the time from 2010 to 2013 Msg Global Solutions grew rapidly and substantially, especially in continental Europe from some 60 to 300+ colleagues. As Managing Director and member of the Leadership team, reporting to the CEO resp. the COO. Responsible for the leadership and operational management of 1) Msg Global Solutions Benelux B.V. (September'10 – December'12), and 2) Nexontis (January'13 – October'13). Achievements in my role of Managing Director Nexontis: - Successfully executed the program management for the development of the SAP Insurance Analyzer for Accounting and Risk. SAP Software development. Software was released on time and as agreed, against an aggressive timeline and beating expectations it would not succeed. - Build initial revenue pipeline with first launching customers - Set up partner management for Nexontis' partners (amongst others Deloitte, PWC, E&Y, ...)
