As a, so called, Waardgezel I was in charge over a group of servants from 2 to 10 people giving guidance to medieval feasts and other thematic parties. I organised parties from weddings to intimate family dinners for 20 to 250 people. I also worked some months at the sales department of the restaurant Furthermore I worked as deputy manager and I gained some experience in independently running a professional kitchen.
