In my role as Branch Manager at Omega Logistics, I oversaw the general management of the last mile pharma distribution company under Jan de Rijk Logistics. I focused on operational excellence and driving commercial growth by implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for 6 foreign branch offices and their related customers. Next to that working on all kind of improvement projects within the international transport division.
At the Schiphol Cargo department I've been looking for solutions to optimize the cargo handling process, with as a key indicator the queueing of trucks. Next to finding the best solutions, I also gave a lot of attention to the implementation and the process management aspect of innovation implementation.
Stadsherberg de Mol is a medieval restaurant in the city center of Delft, with a capacity of 450 persons. As a, so called, Waardgezel I was in charge over a group of servants from 2 to 10 people giving guidance to medieval feasts and other thematic parties. I organised parties from weddings to intimate family dinners for 20 to 250 people. I also worked some months at the sales department of the restaurant Furthermore I worked as deputy manager and I gained some experience in independently running a professional kitchen.
