Leading provider of SaaS applications for sales compensation and HR. Created the product marketing function within Optymyze; started out as a senior individual contributor role and then grew into a group of five. Successfully managed all product marketing functions as the Optymyze company was created and grew revenues 5X. Managed the creation of all product sales and marketing tools for the suite of Optymyze sales performance management products, including PowerPoint slide sets, data sheets, product videos, ROI tools, internal selling tools (e.g. competitive presentations). Hired and managed a team of four additional product marketing managers to handle rapid growth of the company. Worked with analyst relations team to successfully have Optymyze placed in the Leaders quadrant of Gartner Magic Quadrant and ranked top vendor in Gartner Critical Capabilities.
