I worked with our expanding portfolio of enterprise clients as part of the global commercial team, focused on companies which employ over 1000 people.
I was part of HackerRank's enterprise team, managing our strategic partnerships in the EMEA region. As a mature startup, and YC alum, HackerRank already has over 1,200 customers across all industries, including 25% of the Fortune 100 - all leveraging automated skills assessments to evaluate and hire technical talent from around the world, while removing bias from their hiring processes. In parallel, over 5 million developers leverage the HackerRank community to network with peers, learn new coding languages, and practice for technical interviews. On average, HackerRank for Work powers 1 assessment every 8 seconds in over 35 programming languages, making it the leading technical assessment platform for businesses looking to evaluate candidates on skill, over pedigree.
