Built and launched a website and nutritional therapy business, supporting the autoimmune and food allergy community through recipes, resources, personal stories, patient advocacy, and health coaching. I maintained the website and social media, optimizing SEO for an average of 3K monthly active users (MUA) per month. In addition to developing allergy-friendly recipes and resources, I guided clients through 1:1 nutritional therapy and health coaching support. As part of my patient advocacy work for EoE and autoimmune disease, I was selected to be a Patient Ambassador for Snow Companies/Takeda. I have also had the opportunity to share my health story with multiple podcasts including APFED’s Real Talk, a podcast about living with eosinophilic disorders, and was a featured speaker for Paloma Health’s webinar on the AIP diet. In addition, I’ve written articles about the complexities of living as an adult with foods allergies for Free-From Magazine by Food Equality Initiative, a non-profit that improves access to allergy-friendly foods for families in need.
