I’m Stephanie Montano-Alfaro, a bilingual (Spanish-English) administrative professional with a B.S. in Business Management and Administration and a minor in Information Technology from Mount Saint Mary College. With hands-on experience supporting executives, managing office operations, and handling sensitive information, I bring the organization, communication, and adaptability today’s fast-moving teams need. My background spans healthcare, education, and tech-forward environments — from assisting CEOs with day-to-day coordination to managing high volumes of case data in a dental lab. I’m skilled at keeping operations running smoothly, whether I’m coordinating schedules, handling client communications, preparing reports, or helping systems and people stay aligned. I’m passionate about roles where service, structure, and purpose intersect — particularly in administration, higher education, and beauty PR/marketing. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Certify, Netsmart, and WordPress. I’m always eager to learn more tools and systems that enhance efficiency and drive results. If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting the success of your team — let’s connect!
In my current role, I process a high volume of dental restoration cases and provide comprehensive customer service by phone and email. I address inquiries related to scheduling, case status, rescheduling, pricing, product options, and technical support — including dental implant compatibility. I consistently manage and route over 100 phone calls per day, ensuring accurate intake, timely follow-ups, and responsive client communication. Beyond intake coordination, I lead our internal late case tracking process — identifying delays, determining root causes, notifying clients, and working cross-functionally to resolve issues efficiently. I also contribute to internal reporting to improve case visibility and reduce turnaround times. Through cross-training across departments, I’ve developed a strong understanding of laboratory operations from intake to production. My familiarity with dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures, as well as hands-on experience with tools like 3Shape, Google Sheets, and Atlanta Based Systems (ABS), supports my ability to maintain accuracy, prioritize workflows, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
