About

As a Client Lead Recruiter at Amazon, I am responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process for various non-technical roles within the Amazon Logistics division. I work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, and deliver diverse and qualified talent pipelines. I also contribute to the improvement of hiring processes and procedures, employer branding, interview training, and organizational planning. With over four years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, I have developed strong skills in social networking, employee training, and diversity and inclusion. I am currently enrolled in eCornell's HR Performance Development Diversity and Inclusion Program, which aligns with my interest and values in organizational leadership and culture. I hold a dual BS degree in Business Administration and Finance, with a concentration in Human Resource Management, from Sacred Heart University, where I was also a Division I Field Hockey Athlete. I am passionate about sports, wellness, and sustainability, and I enjoy working for a global company that innovates and impacts the lives of millions of customers and the environment.
