Oh I’m so glad to meet you! I’m a veritable St. Bernard who slobbers all over those who need me, the vulnerable and marginalized. Women and Children first. I’ve drooled love, ingenuity, talent, and $4.2 million dollars - everything I’ve ever earned, all I’d inherited, and the settlement for crimes against me and my children - through my entirely self-funded GeekNerdWonk Charitable Foundation (2002-2017) to address "impossible-to-solve," system-entrenched problems, both nationally and internationally. Sometimes there is a resounding and clear win, such as when we got rid of the death penalty in New York State, but often pieces of that work are not getting attention, and I look at those. To conflicts, I bring my extensive background in law, public and behavioral health, and biomedicine to policy analysis and implementation, regulatory compliance, coalition-building, advocacy, and engagement communications for all uses, programmatic development/redesign, as well as my original research, data analysis, and presentation. My vocation is my avocation, and my investment is personal and passionate, particularly when power coalesces and is misused against those with none. I am noted for finding the interstices and segues between disciplines to problem solve, engage, teach, and increase bottom lines, relying upon peer-reviewed research, and my extensive network of subject matter experts and political stakeholders. I am also a gourmet chef, I bungee dove (bungee dived sp?) downriver from Victoria Falls, and my Maltipoo Viktor Frankl-Doodsie owns my soul. Aggressive Whistleblower naming names of the filthy judges, attorneys, DFS, CPS, GAD, and ostensible advocates who squeeze the last cents out of protective parents, functionally kidnapping children, which all too often drives a parent to suicide and much too frequently, murder-suicide. I fight for the children abandoned-to-institutions when they have living parents, and the absolutely broken foster care system. See, e.g., my TikTok @lawyerwhohateslawyers - and boy do I ever hate these criminal cabal lawyers who are instrumental in the catastrophe affecting our families, and do so by the abuse of the law, which I love so dearly that I cannot speak of its aspirations without being reduced to tears. I take all of this and run case management nationally, pairing with State (or Commonwealth or District) Counsel that gets paid to cross check my work and then do what I say. Let’s not mince words here.

Caretaking my beloved Mama, full-time, while also working 80-90+ hours a week for Vantage Data Centers. I lost her January 2024. Greatest and hardest job I ever had.
Technical design and development of matrices integrating all Operational/Security/IT/Construction/Engineering/Legal et al., divisions including integration of all Basis of Design plans, schematic drawings, hardware requirements for builds. Reverse engineered initial draft models of same. Recruited by Vantage having done this work October-November 2020 while employed at Nixon Shefrin.
