I closely monitor trading units (through accounts reporting) and work with the Divisional MD’s to ensure performance remains on track against Group annual budgets. I couple finance with in-depth IT and operational knowledge to lay the foundations in order to support the continued growth vision of the Group. I am well versed in M&A activity ensuring a smooth onboard experience. As a result of this, my Data and MI knowledge is strong having overseen the creation of a data warehouse/ lake and single source of the truth power BI platform
*Manage the Finance department of the five company group *Develop brand strategy and statistics systems. *Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development *Providing timely relevant business data for the board *Produce Monthly Management Figures * Assisting the board in reaching its goals * Translate the numbers into meaningful explanations for non finance managers * Head up the Group Support Function including IT *Responsible for all IT systems, upgrades and supplier relationships
