I assist American Red Cross customers and resolve any issue that may arise, while delivering quality assurance via phone calls, emails and postal mail. Current job duties include registering learners for courses offered by American Red Cross, provide assistance with online registration, process course records for class instructors and deliver class offerings once class is complete, issue certificates to successful learners, ensure all incoming cases are forwarded to the correct department, collaborate with all American Red Cross departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of data collection in our database, collect payment, create profiles for organizations associated with American Red Cross, apply knowledge regarding health and safety services, etc.
Greeted customers, provided menus, took and served food and drink orders, served alcohol, prepared event room and dining area and served banquet parties, took reservations and catering orders, insured cleanliness and organization throughout restaurant, managed restaurant waiting list during high volume, provided excellent customer service, solved customer complaints ensuring complete satisfaction of all customers, answered incoming calls and often placed outgoing calls, etc.
