• Handpicked to serve as aide-de-camp to the Commander of NATO Joint Force Command Naples and U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa, the highest ranking U.S. Naval officer in the region. Promoted to Major (O-4) a year early for exceptional discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. • Lead U.S. Army Special Operations Civil Affairs (SOF CA) liaison between the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of State, U.S. Agency for International Development, non-governmental organizations, and local stakeholders in Benin. • Lead instructor for the inaugural Special Operations Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET) for 45 members of the Beninese Armed Forces in line with Congressional mandates. Developed and instructed a 30-day program, delivered in French and English, using adult learning techniques to improve partnerships and set conditions for enhanced regional access and security cooperation. • Secured over $15,000 in private funding to spearhead the first Special Operations Medical Civic Action Program (MEDCAP) in coordination with multinational and interagency teams, resulting in the treatment of 700+ civilians in rural Benin in direct support of U.S. policy objectives. • Led a 30-person cross-functional team throughout training and stakeholder engagements in Dakar, Senegal. Coordinated an emergent medical evacuation in partnership with U.S. Embassy Dakar, resulting in an organizational overhaul of the Special Operations Combat Medic deployment kit. • Oversaw trial implementation of emerging OSINT software for use by SOF personnel. Conducted classified debriefings for interagency follow-on operations throughout West Africa. • Selected as the representative CA Officer for audio-visual briefing materials for Pentagon and Congressional staff. • Developed a cost-effective joint training program with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission Special Operations Group to improve team survivability, counterterrorism skills, and intelligence collection capabilities. • Graduate of the Joint Special Operations Planning Course, USAID Joint Humanitarian Operations Course, and MARSOC SERE-C. • Specially selected to manage the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center (JSOMTC) Operations Department. Streamlined student enrollment and course resourcing and delivery for over 1,000 geographically dispersed students and instructors to meet DoD staffing needs for special operations medical providers across the joint force. • Implemented an automated system for rapid COVID-19 testing requests, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, aligned with specialized staff scheduling and fluctuating supply levels. Directed rapid, lower-cost test kit shipment to six outstations, enabling continuity of operations for over 50 students in clinical rotations nationwide. Supported enterprise-level policy implementation affecting SOF operational readiness, workforce protection, and continuity of sensitive training operations. • Analyzed operational data and emerging risks to inform policy adjustments and leadership decision-making during dynamic operational conditions.
