Earned trust and credibility from 2,300+ employees in 17 division offices nationwide via creative communications channels for all employees, including superintendents and construction leaders who are rarely in the office or in front of a computer. • Increased employee engagement scores around transparent communications from 79% to 91% in one year via diverse strategies, including well-attended broadcast town hall meetings. • Aligned employees around core values and connect them to business-critical initiatives through a best-in-class intranet (TM360) with robust content strategy and various other multimedia channels, including the infamous "Shoes Off with Sheryl" video blog. • Rebranded the company in new markets and launched TMLiving, a fresh employee value proposition that connects and inspires team members via three core tenets: Spirit and Pride, Community and Giving, and Health and Wellness.
