My family and I are owner-operators in the social care sector across the GCC of K-12 schools by Stellar Education. I am passionate about strategically growing education in the region by driving sustainable practices and spearheading partnerships. Through my world exposure, I lead initiatives for our community that integrate sustainability into operations, curriculum, and synergistic partnerships, inspiring socially responsible leaders. With experience in expansion, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement, I position Stellar Education as a champion for quality education through positive impact and reach. In my heritage is Al Essa Group, a family-owned and operated legacy business also in the social care sector, started in 1976 by my grandparents that remains successful growing from strength to strength over the years. Al Essa provides turnkey healthcare solutions for public institution projects and private home health solutions for the young, middle-aged and elderly. Lead several key community engagement initiatives for Stellar schools with the primary purpose of providing value to our various stakeholders namely students, teaching faculty, specialist staff and parents through workshops, seminars, social and community events. These initiatives empowered our community to leverage their evolved skills and strengths across contexts raising the bar for education in Kuwait having built a lasting legacy for generations of the people we serve.
