About

Whether you are maintaining wellness, combating illness, or caring for a loved one on either path, a nurse will most certainly touch your life on your healthcare journey. As a nurse for over 16 years, I have had the honor of working at the bedside on med-surge inpatient units, and intensive care units. I found a calling through a leap into leadership during the pandemic. The ability to support and empower nurses and healthcare workers in their jobs and practice translates to better patient outcomes and well-being all around. Also a firm believer in the intersection between climate and health, I am a member of the Alliance of Nurses for a Healthy Environment and work tirelessly to educate and promote policy change to make our world a healthier place.
