Building strategies, shaping teams and putting operating structures in place that work in practice, not just on paper. Transitioned from EMEA Head of Marketing to Global ABM Director, leading a global account engagement strategy across US and international teams. Established ABM as a core pillar of the revenue strategy, aligning regional and global teams to deliver personalised, high-impact engagement that drives customer lifetime value and long-term growth.

Led marketing strategy with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), driving pipeline growth through close alignment with sales and product teams. Played a key role in marketing and communications for Wejo’s IPO, shaping messaging for investors, media, and stakeholders.
Led the transformation of Turnstyle Designs’ in-house marketing function, elevating brand positioning and supporting commercial growth. Defined and executed strategies to strengthen sales enablement and enhance the end-to-end customer experience, including packaging and internal communications. Established a distinctive and cohesive brand identity across all touch points, ensuring consistency, clarity, and long-term brand value.
As a founding team member at Fuel Secure, I helped shape the brand and go-to-market strategy for a mobile app designed to make refuelling safer and more convenient in South Africa. Led branding, design, and marketing execution, including market and competitor research, trial launches, and media planning. Worked closely with partners and fintech providers to secure integrations and funding, establish strategic brand partnerships, and build marketing budgets through sponsorships. Played a key role in positioning the product around safety, cashless payments, and improved experiences for both customers and fuel station attendants.
