Responsible for: - Leading team of 5 Application Consultants, offering guidance and support with their career paths, managing HR responsibilities on their behalf. - Managing our onsite reporting queue as well as writing custom CCL scripts to meet the reporting needs of departments within the CoxHealth system. - Providing support for regulatory-related reporting and application issues, specifically related to Meanintful Use and Quality Measures. - Providing support and technical expertise for Cerner Solutions, specifically including Cerner Care Management, Cerner's Readmission Solution, and solutions surrounding Infection Control and Sepsis.
I create curriculum and help to train staff on various Cerner applications throughout the healthcare system.
Organized community educational opportunities for women including childbirth education, breast cancer awareness, and postpartum issues among others.
