St. Louis College of Health Careers (SLCHC) is a proprietary institution dedicated to training individuals to understand the complexities and sophistication of modern medical systems. SLCHC specializes in training students for successful, rewarding careers in the health care field. As Director of Admissions I was responsible for managing and coordinating all daily sales activities and operations of the Admissions Department which was comprised of seven sales and support team members. My goal was to consistently increase enrollment numbers through marketing, community outreach and networking, and driving the Admissions sales team.
BusComm Inc. provides digital voice technology solutions for customers with needs such as: video surveillance, voice logging, dictation, speech recognition, quality monitoring, court recording, medical transcription, computer aided coding, document imaging, and enterprise content management. My job was to provide customer service to clients by installing, training, configuring and providing extensive support for all company distributed software products. I interacted with radiologists, medical transcriptionists, circuit court judges and various end users. I also acted as Project Manager, responsible for the coordination and implementation of schedule and development phases.
