Soret | Containers – Mazout – Recyclage Soret is een familiebedrijf dat sinds 1958 brandstoffen levert aan particulieren en bedrijven. In de jaren tachtig gingen we van start met het verhuren van containers, de ophaling van afval en de verwerking ervan. We zamelen ook steenpuin en asbest in en verwerken groenafval tot compost en teelaarde. We geven 98.88% van het ingezamelde afval een tweede leven. - Business building role internally & externally by translating our category expertise in a smart and successful category & promotional strategy for the HAIR categories (Hair Care, Hair Styling and Coloration) * Develop, implement and monitor assortment and shelf strategy * Develop, implement and monitor promotional plans both on national and retailer level * Develop, implement and monitor growth plans, based on consumer, shopper & customer insights *Ensure the best possible listings & support plan - Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing - Plan and coordinate POS materials and advertisements - Responsible for the budget of the materials and investments that go through the customer to end consumers
- Managing a portfolio of (market leader) brands present in the retail market in the Hair Care (Schwarzkopf, Syoss & Gliss Kur) & Styling (Syoss, Taft, Got2B & Schwarzkopf) category - Managing the marketing mix for Belgium and Luxembourg - Creating the marketing plan (above & below the line) - Implementing the marketing plan from A to Z - Carrying out in-depth analysis of the market and consumers - Managing the budget - Working closely with other departments (sales, supply chain, controlling), international headquarters and external partners (PR, media, etc.)
