• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, general commercial contracts, ESG certificate agreements (Guarantees of Origin, UK REGOs, I-RECs, and Energy Efficiency Certificates), and biofuels contracts. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle, from contract initiation and negotiation to execution and post-signature management. • Support trading and operational teams by providing contractual guidance and developing a strong understanding of environmental commodity markets and trade processes. • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives, leveraging tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Copilot to enhance team efficiency and contract management workflows.

I am excited to announce that I will join the International Business Law (IBL) team as a student assistant for the current academic year.
