      - Accelerated NIKE’s brand relationship with women. Initially Senior Director from 2017 – 2020 and after delivering benchmark strategy and executions promoted to VP in October 2020 in restructure. Led strategy and execution of campaigns and product and drove the consumer offense across territory and functional teams (digital, retail, media, advertising, social and events). Built a new team pre and during the pandemic (seven direct, 50 indirect reports) coached and guided the team through unprecedented times maintaining morale and delivering breakthrough work. • Drove the creation of a long-term & game changing consumer proposition that drove a 5-year plan to put women’s sport and athletes at the forefront of sport & culture. The strategy influenced and was adopted in parts globally. Some breakthrough campaigns of note: Nike Pro Hijab , Caster Semenya Just Do It – went beyond a campaign and involved a full holistic plan to support the athlete, Nike Victory Swim campaign & Product, Nike Bra by Series featuring athletes, Nike Dance & the revolutionary/award winning Nike Sync Period Guide. • Changed the game in women’s football putting it firmly as a priority work across European Women’s Championship 2017, Women’s World Cup 2019 and Women’s European Championship 2022. This work moved the whole football industry forward placing women at the forefront of the game. • Led the brand strategy, architecture, and positioning for Nike Women’s and establishing Nike Women’s as important growth driver at a pivotal point for the brand. • Spearheaded a global campaign for Nike (M)otherhood. Led cross functional teams both globally and locally to land one of the most impactful women’s campaigns to date. Executed during the pandemic featuring athletes, influencers & employees. The holistic plan included product education, training programs, podcasts, specific focus on black maternal health in the UK and much more. The work was received with positive sentiment and stock price jump.

Driving a first of its kind gym trialing program. - Rolled out Nike Rockstar Workout across the UK, including instructor training and recruiting Nike Master Trainers. - Developed Dance strategy culminating in Nike Dance Clash Event, signing a new athlete & establishing Nike dance leaders - the legacy still continues.
