1. Project Management & PMO Coordination - Independently managed the Project Management Office (PMO) of a global Salesforce digitalization project aimed at optimizing DHL Freight’s rate, contract, and customer revenue management. - Developed project plans for the Salesforce implementation across all DHL Freight country organizations – using tools such as Jira and PowerPoint – considering timelines, resources, and milestones. - Optimized project management methods within the PMO, e.g., migrating project plans from Excel to Jira and IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) to enhance efficiency and transparency. - Independently prepared, conducted, and followed up on project kick-offs and status calls with local DHL Freight project teams to ensure smooth project progress. - Supported the coordination of external service providers and the acceptance of project work packages. 2. Process Optimization & System Implementation - Designed and implemented process improvements, e.g., migrated the Change Request process from Confluence to Jira, including communication, presentation, and training for project stakeholders. - Planned, conducted, and analyzed an end-user system survey (using Survalyzer), deriving actionable recommendations for management to optimize system usage and increase user satisfaction. - Designed and facilitated “Lessons Learned” workshops with the global project team, e.g., after a program go-live in a DHL Freight country organization, to enable structured reflection and continuous improvement of project work.
