In my latest role, I've provided critical analytical support for troubleshooting, shelf life studies and new product development, which includes the development of methods for analyzing food additives and preservatives. My expertise in GC/MS and UPLC-MS/MS technologies has been pivotal for screening unintended compounds and flavor profiling, reinforcing The Coca-Cola Company's commitment to product excellence and consumer satisfaction.
Activities - Analytical support in shelf life studies, risk assessment, new product development, trouble shooting and competitor screening. Analyses & method development of food additives, preservatives, sweeteners & vitamins in beverage prototypes by UPLC- DAD, UPLC-CAD, UPLC-ELSD, UPLC-MS/MS, HPLC-RI - Analyses & method development of various GC/MS methods with various extraction techniques (SPME-DHS- SBSE-HS Trap) for screening for unintended compounds, support of pilot plant cleaning efficiency of CIP, troubleshooting and support product development - Flavour profiling by GC/MS, competitive landscaping, by statistical processing and mapping of chemical markers driving consumer likings to guide product development and to link sensory perception and consumer preference to analytical data; - Foreign material analysis in beverage & by FTIR & FTIR - microscopy - Analytical support allergen monitoring .
