The main skills of Stéphane PONCET concern the project management of hazardous, chemical and radiological wastes. His experiences have led him to design and evaluate treatment processes, to develop new sectors like nuclear in his company, to design, start and operate processing facilities, to head complex projects and to manage multidisciplinary teams in both conventional and nuclear area. His innovative spirit allow him to develop new concept of radioactive waste management, to develop new processes treatment. Since 2009 at ARCADIS, Stéphane is in Arcadis. He has managed Lyon office (35-40 people) for the environment sector, then has taken the responsibility for the nuclear activity in France. He is also Radiation Safety Officer of ARCADIS France and is assisting the Nuclear Safety Authority as an expert at the National Radioactive Materials and Waste Management Plan.
