Ensure proactive project safety management and security practices Understand and enforce responsibilities under the Prime Contractor legislation as applicable Have complete knowledge of all Prime Contract and Subcontract documents, drawings, specification and relevant key drivers Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of the project estimate and accountability to project costs Monitor and administer project construction schedule, work sequence, tracking/management documents and manpower requirements Liaise with the Project Manager on all field and cost related issues Coordinate and direct the activities of Clark Builders’ workforce, subcontractors, suppliers and Inspection agencies Ensure QA/QC is managed and documented Effectively plan and coordinate the project completion and handover Maintain good relations with all project stakeholders and the public
