Responsible for the end-to-end customer experience; heading the customer services departments.
My responsibilities included both sourcing and procurement activities for the Mobistar Group (Orange Belgium, Orange Luxemburg, Smart Services Network, Walcom, Irisnet), englobing 4 main domains: Network, IT, Customer Equipment and Innovation activities as well as Indirect spend. Total yearly expenditure of +/- 600mio€
Responsible for the company-wide cost savings program, 70 projects were put in place in order to achieve a 50mio€ net opex savings objective. Target was overachieved (actual savings >60mio€). On top of the Efficiency program, I also performed two ad-hoc missions: -take-over of the overall operations of our main Sales acquisition partner after its bankruptcy in order to ensure business continuity (April-July 2014); -outsourcing of 150 fte of our IT department to Tech Mahindra (August-December 2014).
