My work philosophy is to have a systematic approach of continuous improvement starting from fact based inputs and relying on Lean methods like: SPC, 5S, problem solving (5why, 8D; Fishbone); engineering (FMEA, PDCA; DMAIC, VSM), in order to do it right at the first time, get the best Return On Invest, focus on the right priorities, have the right person at the right place, find the root cause. This is combined with excellent organizational and communication skills ensuring an effective department management and inter-organizations collaborations.

In charge of the sustaining and engineering activities to improve the productivity of the line (equipments, operator procedures), the quality performances (defectivity, yield improvement) and to reduce the cost of the indirect material/spare part/contractor intervention).
Cost champion in charge of cost reduction program for all the indirect material used by the wafer fab (chemical/gaz/target/...). Transversal responsibilities through the organization, 15 partners in doted line. Act in concert with the purchasing and supply chain department. Annual saving around 8M$
