About

Senior manager with an extensive experience in high technology industries (high precision & high dynamic motion system, semi-conductor) and a proven ability to lead, learn and work in complex environments. For more than 10 years, I lead a team of managers, I develop guidelines and strategies for performance improvement and I monitor the progress. My work philosophy is to have a systematic approach of continuous improvement starting from fact based inputs and relying on Lean methods like: SPC, 5S, problem solving (5why, 8D; Fishbone); engineering (FMEA, PDCA; DMAIC, VSM), in order to do it right at the first time, get the best Return On Invest, focus on the right priorities, have the right person at the right place, find the root cause. This is combined with excellent organizational and communication skills ensuring an effective department management and inter-organizations collaborations.
