Development of wiper systems and sensor cleaning solutions with embedded SW for all major European car manufacturers (Audi, Daimler, VW group, BMW, Stellantis, Toyota, JLR, Porsche…) 3 development centers across Europe, supported by overseas technical centers. Responsibilities include all design activities from award to start of production, warranty analysis and budget management. Proficient with complex organizations. Key personal characteristics: agile, people oriented, logical thinking.
Oversees 3 development sites with 120 engineers. Responsible for developing Wiper products for the automotive car makers in Asia (China, Japan, Korea ..etc) Responsibilities include all design phases from award to start of production, warranty and budget management.
