I worked for a company manufacturing and maintaining electrical components for drilling rigs. After my study, I reached back to the Oil and Gas industry and developed embedded Software for intelligent downhole drilling systems. My main focus here is the Software engineering. Despite technologies around user interaction and databases, the embedded Software development is my main domain.
Responsible to identify and develop cross product-line usable technologies in the area of digital systems (e.g. DSP, FPGA), communication protocols and telemetry techniques.
Responsible for the Firmware discipline within Drilling Systems.
