– Founder and Director of SABIC’s European Shared Financial Service center (190 FTEs, 15 countries, 4 SBUs, 12 manufacturing sites, 26 Sales Offices, 64 Legal entities) : o Vendor Financial Services ; o Customer Financial Services ; o Financial Accounting & Reporting ; o Cash Operations & Insurance. – Implementation of the Knowledge Management concept as key enabler to drive the required cultural change focused at getting the most out of a (virtual) Team (Strong2gether). – Chairman of the European Finance Talent Community (300 Finance professionals). – PMO Lead of the WIN program, to make SABIC in Europe WIN again on cost and customer value (425M€ profitability improvement program with > 200 initiatives).
– Controller and MT member of Business Unit Olefins & Intermediates. – Integration of former Huntsman Petrochemicals within the Olefins & Intermediates business control platform. – Implementation of integrated pan European KPI reporting at BT, VT and CT level – Development of integrated financial forecast model (based on SAP ML). – Lead Feasibility study with regards to the (potential) acquisition of DOW EO/EG, Naphtha B and the UK pipeline grid to strategically secure and optimize SABIC’s supply chain. – Financial Lead representing SABIC within the EPDC / PRG project which SABIC conducted together with 7 other main Petrochemical companies.
– PMO Lead during acquisition of Huntsman Petrochemicals by SABIC.
