I’m a CEO experienced in PE-backed and founder-/family-owned businesses, focused on scaling with tighter execution, simpler structures, and measurable commercial outcomes. Most recently leading a multi-brand, international wholesale/consumer platform with 150–200 FTE, €45–100m revenue, 12+ countries, and 12,000+ SKUs. Professionalising the operating model, adding D2C channels and reduced complexity by consolidating 5 offices to 2 and 5 warehouses to 2, improving speed and control while supporting international growth and managing working capital/DSO/DIO. I’m typically brought in when owners/investors want to professionalise a business: establish operating rhythm, clarify accountability, strengthen commercial execution, and scale internationally without adding complexity.
