      By the end of 2011 I got the opportunity to take on an R&D responsbility again, this time with a much larger group and a broader scope. The R&D department develops membranes, modules and applications, enabling a full circle product development effort to introduce new products to the market in a very short time. One of our current focus areas is the develoment of a unique to the world capillary nanofiltration platform, with a range of products being released in 2013 and 2014. Early 2013 I got the additional responsibility over the Codeline Product Development team in Goa, India. This team improves our current range of pressure vessels for the membrane industry and develops new products for this market
