• Point of contact for commercial finance leaders and senior management • Finance integration of acquired companies (most notably MediFox DAN) • Interim Finance Lead for the HME business • Periodic business review and profitability analyses of Resmed’s SaaS portfolio • Business partnering across all functions within Resmed • Member of RCS (SaaS) FP&A Leadership Team
• End-to-end M&A support with a focus on finance (deak sizes up to $1bn) • Development and tracking of financial & operational SaaS-KPIs • Drive and support the implementation of finance systems • Change management during SaaS reorganization/integration • Finance business partnering for all stakeholders within Resmed • Monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate planning / reporting • Member of SaaS FP&A Leadership Team
