In this context I have build and led multinational practice teams, which had a significant impact in the marketplace. I apply a very pragmatic, business results-oriented approach. I have many references of successful client projects in various sectors such as (Fast Moving) Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive (Supply), Telecommunication & High Tech/IT as well as Life Science's, Resources and others. I am a trusted advisor both to senior management and executives as well as to line and project managers and often acts as their coach. Business Impact I have successfully established new market segments internationally through business and team development, content-related advancement with revenue responsibility in the double-digit million range as well as the sustainable strategic and conceptual control of the business. I have been responsible for the management of the consulting business in various markets with over 30 consultants and administrative leadership of 80 employees and accountable for achieving the budgeted revenue and profit goals as well as significantly contributed to the successful market positioning of the Organizational Strategy department through continuous development of the offering. Expertise My knowledge and project experience in strategic organizational change and transformation covers the whole process from strategy review, corporate operating model design to implementation and change management activities. Performance Management, future of work and related workforce planning have become an important topic to focus on in this context over the last years as well Being many years in consulting I have experiences in helping key clients in various industries optimizing their operating models to become most effective and efficient including to help clients to establish Shared Services and Process Outsourcing including location selection.
