About

As a passionate research and development engineer, I have driven the convergence of science, industry and social benefit for 19 years. My claim: Disruptive research becomes tangible innovation - from visionary concepts to scalable technology transfer. I design and realize high-tech mechatronic systems, deploy cutting-edge AI and sensor technologies and orchestrate international industrial projects throughout the complete development cycle - from proof of concept to global market diffusion. My work always focuses on sustainable value creation, societal impact and preparing for future challenges. I am enthusiastic about driving progress at the intersection of disciplines and am actively seeking opportunities for a career transition into the trend fields of human & health technology, advanced materials and aerospace. I bring cross-industry expertise, a strong innovation mindset and a proven record in technology transfer and future-oriented project leadership. For me, technology transfer means more than gaining insights: as a thought leader, I identify megatrends (automation, digitalization, resource-efficient production) early and help companies and research networks reach the next level. As a secondary role, I mentor talent as a lecturer and innovation coach - empowering the next generation to turn complex future scenarios into real-world solutions. Let’s shape tomorrow’s world together - through visionary engineering, trend-driven transfer and collaborative partnerships.
