Responsibility for five development groups: o Terra Trac systems for self propelled harvester, tractors and implements o Axles (drive and steering axles) for combine and forage harvester o Continues Variable Transmission: Gearboxes for tractors o Mechanic Drives: Gearboxes for mobile applications o Electric Drives: Battery technology, E-Motors, Inverters – Systems for mobile applications o and one cross-sectional competence: Virtual functional development
- Responsible for the strategic development of the division - Management of up to 10 hydraulics and electronics engineers - Developing hydraulic components for mobile applications in agricultural and municipal technology - Development of a mobile hydraulics modular system - Development of a 16-bit controller for implements and mobile applications - Acquisition and support of customers within and outside the agricultural technology sector with a focus on Western, Central and Eastern Europe.
- Development of hydraulic components - Design of mobile hydraulic applications for implements and municipal technology - Project management - Model maintenance - Support of sales activities within and outside the agricultural technology sector with a focus on Western, Central and Eastern Europe - training of employees and customers in hydraulics
- Reorganization of a complete production area for mechanical processing of components for agricultural balers - Creation of workplaces in SAP with cost rate calculation and overall business optimization of the area
- Support for hydraulic production - Time recording (REFA, MTM), workplace optimization - Production cost optimization with design advice - Project management for machine investments (two millig center, one lathe)
