As the Operations Manager at AF1 Nike Sydney, I’m passionate about both the customer and team experience and believe in building a people-first company culture. I take pride in empowering and educating teams to accomplish their professional goals as well as providing mentorship to promote positive personal growth. I deliver effective leadership across a variety of departments including sales, training, human resources, recruitment, buying, marketing, logistics and project management. I am ultimately responsible for maintaining and increasing the efficiency of all business operations and I love working collaboratively with my team to achieve and exceed our strategic objectives. When I’m not keeping busy with my AF1 team, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and living an active lifestyle.
