•Develops, coordinates, and enforces policies, procedures, and productivity up to facility standards •Responsible for interviewing new hire candidates, teaching orientation classes, and completing employee evaluations/supervisions •Effectively work and communicate with facility administrators, doctors, nurses, clinical therapists, staff, and patient guardians/caseworkers •Accurately write, sign off, and submit clinical and administrative documentation •Oversee and manage expenditure of monthly unit budget, as well as submitting employee payroll •Create and modify employee scheduling •Coordinate and facilitate team meetings
