Client: BASF Type: Various Brownfield Projects BASF Antwerp is the largest integrated chemical production center of Belgium and the second most important production platform of the BASF Group worldwide, including BASF Antwerp 100% subsidiary. Client: Merck Serono S.A. Type: Bioprocessing Center (BPC) ( Vevey, Switzerland ) Merck intends to realize a new Bioprocessing Center (BPC) project in a new greenfield site (“Fenil Plot”) adjacent to the existing Merck facility in Corsier-sur-Vevey, Canton Vaud, Switzerland with the intent to expand the clinical manufacturing capacity for drug substance and streamline the CMC development organization by co-locating activities into a new building for process development. Part of this project is a media and buffer preparation system, which will provide media and buffers for the upstream and downstream phases of the manufacturing process. It will be installed in the level four of the facility. ZETA GmbH places an offer in this context for layout planning, process and detail engineering, fabrication, automation (electric), documentation, FAT, shipment, start-up, and SAT according to the bid documents for the complete media & buffer preparation system. Client: Woodside Type: Floating Production Unit (FPU)- Offshore - Scarborough Field (Western Australia) The FPU processes natural gas, which includes gas separation, dehydration and compression as well as Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) regeneration and water handling. The topside will be designed for a production capacity of 7-9 metric tons per annum and will be placed on a semi-submersible hull in 2,952 feet (900 meters) water depth. The FPU will be remotely operated and minimally manned. The Scarborough gas field is located approximately 236 miles (380 kilometers) off the Burrup Peninsula in the Northwestern Shelf of Australia and contains 7.3 trillion cubic feet of natural gas reserves. Client required SP3D tool for this project. Client: Gunvor Petroleum Type: Crude unit & Pump area Gunvor Petroleum requested to create new pump skid and also place new heat exchangeers in existing Crude unit. Our task was to first scan the area on site by Pointcloud laser to locate tie-in points in 3D model. Then create completely new pump skid and heat hexchangers with all interconnecting piping in 3D design (Autoplant 3D). Gunvor Petroleum requested estimation of Man-hour & cost of material (Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Structure, Demolition). Responsibility: ▪ Basic/Detail design in Autoplant 3D incl. Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Structure ▪ Pointcloud scan on Gunvor Petroleum [client] site. ▪ Project estimation-Man-hour & cost of material (Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Structure, Demolition) Client: Koole Terminals Type: Pump area Koole requested to revamp pump area in their Tank terminal site and create new design according to P&ID. Our task was to first scan the area on site by Pointcloud laser to locate tie-in points in 3D model and then create completely new pump 3D design in Autoplant 3D. Koole requested MTO and detailed 3D model incl. special pipe supports. Responsibility: ▪ Basic/Detail design in Autoplant 3D incl. Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Structure ▪ Pointcloud scan on Koole [client] site. ▪ Participation on 3D model review with client. ▪ Creation of special pipe supports in AutoCAD. ▪ MTO generation Client: Upfield [Netherlands] Type: Butter factory Upfield required to demolish old parts or the butter factory and build a new ones in more suitable location. Our task was to estimate cost of new pump and compressor building according to client P&ID and site photos. Calculation contained all mechanical equipment, piping, supports, steel structure and demolition work. Client: Ioniqa (Netherlands) Type: Pure PET raw material factory Ioniqa Technologies announced contract for the construction of the first PET plastic up-cycling plant. The PET plastic waste will be completely circularly converted into pure PET raw material. PET plastic waste will be converted into high-grade, pure PET raw material, of which new food packaging will be made. Ioniqa require to provide both basic and detail engineering. We also assist Ioniqa Technologies during the construction of the new factory. Autoplant 3D was selected as a 3D tool for this project. Responsibility: ▪ Basic/Detail design in Autoplant 3D incl. Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Structure ▪ Creation of PET factory Layout drawing Client: Synres (Netherlands) Type: Pressure vessel Main project task for Synres was to create general arrangement drawing and stress calculation for one of new pressure vessels. My responsibility as a Mechanical designer was to create general arrangement drawing including details [frame, bolting] . Synres required to use DSM-Desotech [AutoCAD 2014] tool for 2D drawing. Equipment was scanned by Pointcloud laser on site and 3D model and 2D drawing was created according to this scan. Our client LBC (tank terminals) created three new whole packages of tank terminals to supply more products for their clients. LBC required Autoplant 3D as a 3D tool for their project. Client: Galp Energia (Portugal) Type: Refinery Galp Energia-Front-End Engineering & Design(FEED) for Refinery Conversion in Portugal The conversion project will add a NHT(Naphtha Hydrotreating unit), Aromatics unit, Regeneration unit. A part of an investment program will allow Galp to increase the diesel production by 50,000 barrels per day and the utilization rate of the existing refineries, allowing Galp to process heavier crudes and meet the latest environmental regulations. Galp Energia required SP3D as a 3D tool. Client: Orpic (Oman) Type: Refinery (Steam Cracker unit) LIWA PLASTIC ORPIC - Steam Cracker unit in OMAN. The LIWA Plastics Industrial Complex (LPIC) project involves the development of a new petrochemical complex split into four (4) EPC Packages for Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company. Project was split betwen three CB&I offices Brno (Czech Republic), The Hague (Netherlands), Gurgaon(India) and one external Tchaj-pej (China) . Brno part was Steam Cracker unit.
