I am a Junior Product Manager with a strong user-centric and analytical approach to product development. I work at the intersection of product discovery, UX research, and business decision-making, translating user insights and system constraints into clear product direction. My strength lies in early-stage and ambiguous problem spaces. I typically begin with qualitative research to understand user context, empathise and frame the problem, then use quantitative signals to validate assumptions and inform feature prioritisation, MVP scope, and roadmap thinking. I am comfortable working across disciplines and aligning design, business, and product perspectives. Across academic and client-based product projects, I have: • Led user research and insight synthesis • Defined problem statements, personas, and value propositions • Contributed to product concepts, feature priorities, and early roadmaps • Evaluated business models and trade-offs to support product decisions • Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to align on product direction I bring formal training in product management and digital transformation, combined with a background in business design, which shapes a structured, UX-driven and customer-centric way of thinking about products and systems.
